Indian Government issued the ₹2000 notes to cut down the corruption and spread demonetization. This step was meant to bring out and destroy all the black money in India.
However, things didn’t turn out how they were supposed to be. As per the latest reports, the same ₹2000 note has become the symbol of black money in India, since most of the black money is in the form of ₹2000 note.
In addition to this, rumors are spreading that Indian government is now planning to ban ₹2000 notes, we guess this is the reason ATMs do not give ₹2000 note anymore.
