I'm looking for some feedback and validation for a personal financial AI tool I'm developing. I have already created a basic prototype. Completing it will take significant effort and time, so I thought it would be great to get some early feedback on the idea.

Goal: Create an AI tool that simplifies personal money management with personalized insights and recommendations.

    • Tailored advice on where to put your money based on your financial situation.
  2. AI CHATBOT(Main Feature):
    • It is tuned to answer personal financial question, in a concise and straightforward manner(as other chatbots will just say, i can't recommend you or i am just an ai chatbot or the answer won't be that use full)
    • Considers your earnings, expenditures, debts, and savings to provide well-rounded advice. — stores it to be provide personalized answers every time.
    • Lets you ask questions about your investments and get specific advice.
  3. Easy industry examination:

    • Assesses potential risks in your funding investment mix.
    • And give values to easily know how risky it is.
  5. funding Tracking:
    • Monitors your investments and provides performance updates.
  6. Summarized Financial News:
    • Provides concise, relevant financial news to keep you informed.
    • Delivers news tailored to your funding investment mix.

Looking for Feedback:

  • What features do you find most useful?
  • Any suggestions for improvement?
  • Are the features relevant and interesting to potential users?
  • Is the overall concept something that people would find helpful?
  • Would people be willing to pay for this service under a subscription-based model? If so, how much would they be willing to pay?
  • Should I first launch in India or the USA, considering GPU costs will be a significant factor?

  1. AI is overkill for this. You’re basically trying to write similar software to what CFPs already use to help them structure reports and make financial planning recommendations for their clients. These tools aren’t using any AI or LLMs, it just uses good ol’ stochastic modeling, monte carlo simulations, etc.

    If your product is to basically just stick a conversational AI in front of your financial planning software for customers to interact with, that’s I guess a different product altogether. Legally, I’d be worried that your chatbot might give the wrong advice to someone.
