Biden forgives $7.7B more in student loans. Can you qualify?



The Biden administration is canceling an additional $7.7 billion in student debt debt for 160,000 American borrowers. This is the latest round of debt forgiveness after Biden forgave $6 billion of debt at the beginning of the month for Art Institute students defrauded by the organization and another $7.4 billion for 277,000 borrowers and SAVE program enrollees in April.
Yahoo money management Senior Columnist Rick Newman explains the steps to determine whether borrowers can qualify for debt forgiveness after the Department of Education extended its consolidation deadline from April 30 to June 30.
