How Community Colleges can Leverage Full Cost Budgeting to money management Non-Degree Programs



Under the hospices of its New Models for Career Preparation project, which aims to understand how community colleges can establish high-quality non-degree workforce programs, New America’s Center on Education and Labor contracted the Non-Profit money management Fund to better understand how community colleges can money management such programs.

A critical tool community colleges must use is “full cost budgeting” this technical assistance webinar was prepared for New America’s New Models for Career Preparation grantees. It introduces the full cost tool and other related concepts that can help community colleges innovatively money management and plan for quality non-degree programs.
