My worker is only accepting some of my financing payments on my tool of trade and saying lender statements aren’t sufficient

My worker is saying I need to provide receipts on financing; our vehicles financing, property loan payments, tool of trade lien payments, these things only show on lender statements and my worker only accepted some (a years worth) but not all of my financing payments on my tool of trade (payments to remove the lien on my one piece of equipment).

My worker changed recently and she’s so stifling and waits until the end of the day/week to reply and won’t elaborate why our revenue reporting forms show annual and monthly (since I’m self employed I’m told my costs/revenue are averaged over the course of the year since I work year-round when I can/theres work to be had; snow removal was abysmal this year where I live);

she also didn’t acknowledge my $500 benefit for employment we can get after 12 months have passed; and there’s no optometrist here (my prescription is so old it’s on record with OW from like 8 yrs ago so I can’t use that to get new frames/lenses/glasses; my only remaining pair is toast basically).

I have no idea why my worker is on the war path she wants me to bring everything to an appeal and tried to get in my face about a year I wasn’t even having assessed (2020? Or 2021; for when I was in school fulltime in 2022 my dad had died and I only had a pay stub so I could make whatever). She froze my benefits since Halloween of last year and is now only accepting some of my financing payments, not elaborating as to why she accepted a years worth when I had close to 3x that much; there’s no finance charge on said financing, I know debt finance charge impacts my allowance negatively.

Am I able to get northern health travel grant/the clinic to help me get funded to get an optometrist appointment in Thunder Bay to get an up to date prescription? Also am I able to request my previous caseworker as this one seems young and out for blood—as stated prior, she tried to get in my face about gross revenue when that doesn’t even take into account any of my costs (revenue is revenue after costs; she’s supposed to look at revenue levels average over the year).

Then I’d ask her for discretionary vision benefits for a good pair of glasses so my current ones can be spares (they’re full of scratches and chips it’s highly annoying)? Or is the eye appointment not covered by NHTG and another discretionary vision benefit?

Thanks in advance; I really don’t want to have to appeal every single month because she MAY ask for receipts when Kubota money management doesn’t give those (rather she IS; feels like she’s being a bit of a hard ass and wasting resources attempting to look busy; can I go after her for loss of revenue after I’ve done my part and then some).

She’s coming down hard on me because Kubota Financing on a lender statement isn’t a record of payment/receipt in her opinion (I even provided the financing agreement to back up my payment amounts).
