What are some great personal financial tools?

Paycalculator.com.au has been a go to for me.

Interested to find more.

Most from banks or other organisations seem oversimplified and more of a way to get leads. Yet financial examination is a massively sophisticated and accountable discipline.

Personal financial is probably the least complicated area of financial but, thanks to the field, seems to shrouded in a hands off culture where everyone is unique so nothing is certain.

  1. [https://moneysmart.gov.au](https://moneysmart.gov.au) has a lot of calculators and easily understood information.

As others have suggested, if you’ve the propensity to be loose with your money a budget tracker (GSheet – free templates) should be top of your list to commit to for a few months straight at least, to see where each dollar is going to.

  2. Mortgage Monster by the same guy who does pay calculator is pretty good for me.

Another one that *I* personally found helpful is this salary sacrifice calculator from my super (QSuper): https://qsuper.qld.gov.au/calculators-and-forms/calculators/maximise-your-super/salary-sacrifice-calculator
